Board Meetings:
The Dallas Chapter Board meets on the Monday before the Chapter Meeting of the month at 5:30 p.m. location to be determined. Board Meetings are open to all Committee Members and the general Chapter membership.
Chapter Meeting & Member Dues:
- New dues structure includes Chapter Dues AND the cost of nine (9) regular chapter meeting meals.
- It excludes Holiday Party meals, technical tours, proprietary lunches, specifiers’ breakfast, tech or educational seminars and other special events which shall be paid for by member separately.
- Each member MUST still make a dinner reservation before end of day Monday prior to the meeting for themselves and guests. PLEASE this can be completed on-line at our website at the Reservation Link or by calling the CSI reservation line at (214) 245-4309. The Board is still required to contact the Crowne Plaza Hotel prior to each Chapter meeting regarding the number of attendees for each chapter meeting and this is all based on the number of reservations we receive.
- Non-CSI-member guests will have their meal paid for by the Chapter on their first chapter meeting visit. After that, the non-member-guest will be required to pay $20.00 for their meal if they return a second time and are not a member-in-good-standing. Additionally, CSI members from outside the Dallas Chapter (visiting a Dallas Chapter meeting) will be required to pay $ 20.00 for their meal.
