The Dallas Chapter sponsors and presents industry-related education programs on a regular basis. Generally, our six-week Construction Contract Administration Program is presented in the Fall, with the eight-week Written Construction Documents Program taking place in early Winter. Written Construction Documents Education Program:
This Program presents the latest information on the most widely-used industry practices for organization, understanding, and preparation of written construction documents. The course will focus on the overall coordination of the Project Manual, and the relationship between the various contract documents, including Bidding Requirements, standard published General Conditions, Contract Modifications, Division 1 - General Requirements, technical specifications, and the Drawings. The program will benefit architects, engineers, construction managers, contractors, subcontractors, owner's representatives, design students, interns, and others involved in the construction and construction documents preparation process.

Construction Contract Administration Education Program
This Program will present the latest information on the processes and procedures for proper and efficient administration of the construction contract. The course will cover all ten chapters of the Construction Contract Administration module of CSI's Manual of Practice, in addition to provisions of standard General Conditions, as they affect the responsibilities of each party to the construction contract. This program is well-suited for and will benefit architects, engineers, construction managers, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, owner's representatives, design students, interns, and others involved in the construction process. Instructors include Certified Construction Contract Administrators, as well as individuals experienced in the field of Construction Administration.
